FDA_Tamai et al_Identification of circadian clock modulators from existing drugs

This dataset was generated from a cell-based, high-throughput chemical screen. Triplicate wells of human U2OS cells were treated with a library of FDA-approved compounds at a concentration of 1 uM or 10 uM. Substances contained in all the wells, including blanks (of which there are several), are listed in the Excel file along with the effect of the drug/DMSO control on circadian period. The change in circadian period compared to the DMSO control is plotted in the graphs. Drugs that killed the cells were not included in the final figure of the paper. Another file containing the IDC library has been uploaded separately.
