Single-nucleus sequencing of fetal brain samples. In this study, we apply single-nucleus sequencing to fetal brain samples during mid-gestation (post-conception weeks 12 to 19). We envisage that studying fetal brain development, will offer new insights into fundamental neurodevelopmental processes, including neural stem cell or progenitor proliferation/differentiation, interneuron differentiation/migration, oligodendrocyte development and cell-cell communication in the cortical ventricular zone.
