Streptomyces cavourensis F2 was isolated from grape rhizosphere soil samples.The fermentation broth and sterile filtrate of strain F2 had good antagonistic effect on plant pathogens. The determination of growth promoting antagonistic factors showed that F2 had a certain role in the hydrolysis of organic phosphorus and nitrogen fixation, and could secrete extracellular protease and produce IAA. The strain had both broad-spectrum antagonistic and growth promoting effects on plant pathogens.
