Supplementary proteomic datasets (Tables S3–S6) supporting: "Neutrophil-derived EVs drive NF-κB-dependent endothelial activation and tumor angiogenesis"

This dataset contains supplementary proteomic data presented in Tables S3-S6 of the associated manuscript. The data were obtained from proteomic analyses of neutrophil-derived small extracellular vesicles (NEX) and/or ER-HoxB8-derived neutrophils (WT and Ifnar1−/−) under specified experimental conditions. The dataset includes: protein identification data, quantitative proteomic measurements, fold change values between experimental groups, and lists of differentially expressed proteins. Where applicable, the data include normalized and/or log2-transformed values used for downstream statistical analyses and data visualization (e.g., heatmaps). The tables correspond to Supplementary Tables S3-S6 and were used to generate and support the results presented in the manuscript. Detailed information on sample preparation, proteomic workflows, data processing, and statistical analysis is provided in the associated publication. This dataset is deposited to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reusability of the proteomic data.
