Guideline Canton of Schaffhausen

According to the Federal Act on Spatial Planning, the cantonal indicative plan has the task of defining the intended spatial development and coordinating spatially effective activities. In doing so, the interests of the federal government (referred to in the factual plans and concepts of the federal government) and neighbouring areas must be taken into account accordingly. The regulatory indicative plan of the canton of Schaffhausen of 5 September 5.9.2001 is regularly followed up and updated. Changes to the content of the indicative plan are decided by the Government Council, approved by the Cantonal Council and shall enter into force after approval by the Confederation. A current version of the cantonal indicative planning will be available on the Internet in the foreseeable future. As part of the indicative planning, various concepts and material planning were developed, e.g. material degradation concept, landscape protection concept or hazard map.
