Reference group: genotype TT. Mean age (years) and BMI (kg/m2) at adiposity peak (AP) were 0.75 (0.73, 0.78) & 17.87 (17.11, 18.62) respectively, estimated from the LME model for all cohorts. Meta-analysis results for AP parameters are based on random effects models where maximum heterogeneity observed was reflected in I2 29.6%(95%CI 0, 74).
