This work demonstrates the potential of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) transplant to reverse debilitating effects of simulated microgravity (SM) on mouse testes.SM conditions induce several disruptions in testicular architecture, which are prevented with MSCs transplantation. We investigated testicular histology and a detailed transcriptomic mapping of mice testes in SM with or without MSCs transplant.Testicular histology revealed the treatment with MSCs significantly increased the tubular diameter and epithelial height in mice testes. Transcriptomic studies reveal significant effects of MSC treated mice in reversing debilitating molecular pathways in testicular tissues following simulated microgravity.
