Experimental data supporting keratin-TMAO dressing study in diabetic wound healing

This dataset contains experimental data supporting the publication “Keratin-TMAO dressing accelerates full-thickness skin wound healing in diabetic rats via M2-macrophage polarization and the activation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway”. The dataset includes cell viability data (MTS), cell migration analyses (scratch assay), quantitative molecular analyses (qPCR and Western blot densitometry), in vivo wound healing measurements, and immunohistochemistry.
