Code and data for Yang et al. manuscript

This dataset was generated as part of Yang et al. It includes raw data extracted from long-term forest biodiversity experiments, along with supporting metadata and analysis code.The repository contains the following files:<b>README.txt</b>: Provides an overview of the dataset, including file descriptions, variable definitions, and instructions for use.<b>code.r</b>: Contains the R code used for data processing, statistical analysis, and figure generation as reported in the main manuscript.<b>data.xlsx</b>: Contains the data for hypothesis 1.<b>data2.xlsx</b>: Contains the data for hypothesis 2&amp;3.All variables are described in detail in the README file.
