Community Ambassadors Program

A map of the City of Dallas is defined by identified Equity Priority Areas (EPAs) for the Welcome Communities and Immigrant Affairs Ambassador Program. An Equity Impact Assessment Score of 3 or more = 1 point If an area has more than 15% of renters, then 1 point is assigned. If an area has more than 15% of residents who speak limited English, then 1 point is assigned. If an area has more than 15% of people who were born outside of the US (foreign born), then 1 point is assigned. A compound score is calculated based on the assessment, and assigned to the census tract.
