Integration of CRISPR-Cas9 Screens and Multi-Omics Profiling Reveals CHD7-ANGPT1 as a Novel Multi-Drug Resistance Axis in AML

To explore how the loss of function of CHD7 leads to drug resistance in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells, we investigated the transcriptional programs regulated by CHD7 in OCI-AML2 cells under different drug treatment conditions. This study aims to uncover the role of CHD7 in drug sensitivity and resistance, providing a theoretical basis for developing new therapeutic strategies. Overall design: Assessment of gene expression changes in CHD7 knockdown and control sgSC cells under three different conditions:DMSO,Gilteritinib,Venetoclax.
