RNA sequencing of different GEMMs of prostate cancer

Prostate cancers of different genetic backgrounds were subjected to polysome profiling analysis to identify the extracellular interactome between prostate cancer and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. Overall design: Polysome profiles analysis of prostate was performed in six different genetic backgrounds: wild-type, Ptenpc-/-, Ptenpc-/-;TMPRSS2-ERGpc+/+, Ptenpc-/-;CDCP1pc+/+, Ptenpc-/-;TIMP1-/- and Ptenpc-/-;Trp53pc-/-. Polysome profiling of the prostate of three mice for genotype was performed.
