A multi-analytical approach to infer mineral-microbial interactions applied to stone cultural heritage sites in Israel and Austria

In a joint project of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna (Austria) and the Ben Gurion University (Israel) two different petroglyph sites were considered: one in the western Alpine region of Austria and one in the Negev desert of Israel.
In this poster we present some preliminary results obtained from samples collected in the Negev desert during the winter campaign in two different sites (Avdat and Ezuz).
