Shrubs and precipitation interactions shape functional diversity of nematode communities on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Two databases are included in this file:

a sites x species matrix which includes nematode composition;
a sites x environmental factor which includes soil properties and climate facotor
Below are the abbreviations, full names and units of the indicators：
