Online survey of diabetic people's use of food and nutrition tracking apps to identify which apps are most used

This dataset inlcudes the data collected from 38 respondants to an online survey askign for self reported use of food and trackign technology by people with diabetes in the UK. Files include one excel file of the responses, a pdf of the google form questionaire that was asked of participants and a png file of the recruitment poster.
