Fcer1a全身敲除并建立低氧诱导小鼠肺动脉高压模型实验数据集
全身敲除Fcer1a后建立低氧诱导肺动脉高压模型,对照组小鼠为WT小鼠。低氧建模4周后在体进行心动超声检测,测量小鼠肺动脉血流多普勒。随后取材检测小鼠RVSP,RVHI,病理衡量小鼠肺血管厚度和肌化程度。实验结果显示敲除IgE受体Fcer1a可以缓解低氧所致肺动脉高压和肺血管重塑。
