The dataset consists of 274 responses to a questionnaire concerning how users experience LLM hallucinations in conversational AI for customer service. The data was collected as part of the 'Enabling Flexible Conversational AI by Integrating Large Language Models' project, funded by The Research Council of Norway under grant number 346762. The study participants were recruited through the panel service Prolific in October and November 2024.
