PlantMWpIDB

The PlantMWpIDB database contains the data of plant molecular weight (MW) and isoelectric point (pI) data of 13.829 million protein sequences from 342 plant species. The annotated protein sequences of species from NCBI (National Center for Biotechnological Information), Phytozome, and Uniprot were used to calculate the molecular weight and isoelectric point. From 342 plant species, 147 were from NCBI and Phytozome database, whereas 195 species were from Uniprot database.PlantMWpIDB数据库收录了来自342个植物物种的1382.9万条蛋白质序列的分子量（Molecular Weight，MW）与等电点（Isoelectric Point，pI）数据。该数据库依托NCBI（美国国家生物技术信息中心，National Center for Biotechnological Information）、Phytozome及UniProt的物种注释蛋白质序列，计算得到上述蛋白质的分子量与等电点信息。在全部342个植物物种中，147个物种的序列数据来自NCBI与Phytozome数据库，剩余195个物种的序列数据则源自UniProt数据库。
