Point-matched hydrological habitat-attribute modelling from LiDAR-derived terrain, water-level records and organism occurrence data: analysis-ready data and code
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the analysis-ready data tables, source table and figure data, reproducibility scripts, external rerun verification outputs, software-version information and GIS/R workflow documentation required to evaluate and reproduce reported outputs for the manuscript "Point-matched water-depth attributes reveal information loss from coarse water-level proxies in wetland monitoring." The workflow derives point-matched hydrological habitat attributes by linking organism occurrence records, local terrain elevation, hydrological-unit assignment and date-specific water-level records within a common vertical reference structure. Version 2.0 adds the bounded proxy-resolution stress test, Supplementary Methods S2, source tables for Tables S7-S15, external Windows/RStudio rerun outputs, session information, software-version records, hashes and updated output mapping. The archive is a curated scientific data/code package rather than a complete administrative or raw GIS project archive. Raw orthophotos, raw LiDAR/DTM files, local computer paths, internal notes and administrative records that are not required to reproduce the reported analyses are excluded.
