Germline telomere maintenance defects provoke inflammatory disease via activated ATM/YAP1/IL-18 signaling in epithelial cells, providing novel therapies for inflammatory conditions associated with short telomeres. Telomere proficient intestinal epithelium (G0), which served as control, was compared to the telomere dysfunctional intestinal crypt epithelium (G3). Three samples from each group was pooled and ChIP-seq was performed.
