This dataset presents survey, interview, and focus group data from 191 students in Sherpur, Bangladesh, collected as part of a study on the use and impact of ChatGPT in education. It includes responses from both higher secondary and higher education learners, focusing on awareness, usage, digital access, perceived benefits, and institutional support.
