The dataset contains invention patent data related to intellectual property (IP) management filed by enterprises from the patent database. It is used to understand the current status of patent value in this field, the disparities in technological innovation capabilities and innovation levels among enterprises, as well as the technological development trends of the IP industry, so as to better serve customers.

The algorithm rules for calculating patent value are as follows:
1. Patent validity score: Calculate the number of years from the data download date (December 15, 2023, the current date) to the estimated expiration date of the patent, with 1 point awarded for each full year.
2. Inventor count score: 1 point per inventor, with the total number of inventors as the raw score.
3. Patent agency status score: 5 points if the patent is represented by a patent agency, 0 points otherwise.
4. Received citation score: +10 points for each time the patent is cited by other patents.
5. Made citation score: +2 points for each time the patent cites other patents.
6. Patent family count score: Taking 1 patent in the family as the baseline, +1 point for each additional patent in the same patent family.
7. Claim count score: Taking 10 claims as the baseline, -1 point for each claim fewer than 10, and +1 point for each claim more than 10.
8. Transfer count score: +5 points for each transfer the patent has undergone.
The final calculated score is rounded to obtain the patent value.
