Genome assembly and annotation of Dendrobates tinctorius "azureus"

Primary genome assembly of a single male D. tinctorius "azureus" generated by HIFIASM run on ~50x PacBio HiFi reads. The same fasta assembly has been submitted to NCBI.
We have also provided gene annotations generated from short-read RNA-seq data as reported in https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.11.06.565769. These annotations should be viewed as preliminary.
