Type discrimination and time estimation based on microbial community succession in corpse injuries
收藏官方服务:
资源简介:
16S rRNA microbial sequencing of antemortem abdominal injuries (B), postmortem abdominal injuries (P), postmortem cranial injuries (H), abdominal skin (C), cranial skin (CH), cecum (G), and soil (S) samples from rabbit corpses within 6 days after death. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 respectively represent the samples taken on the 1st to 6th day after death. R1-5 represent the 1st to 5th repetitions. _1 and _2 represent the forward and reverse sequences of the sequencing results. For instance, B15R1_2 represents the first repeated microbial sample of the abdominal injury sustained during life on the first day after death.
