资源简介:
Analysis of the whole genome sequencing and epidemiological data of 483 carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from Greek hospitals that participated in the European Survey of Carbapenemase-producing Enterobacterales (2013), in the survey of carbapenem- and/or colistin-resistant Enterobacterales (2019) and in a national follow-up survey (2022) revealed persistent spread of carbapenemase-producing K. pneumoniae high-risk clones including sequence type ST11, ST147, and ST258/512 over a ten-year period, and the recent emergence and establishment of ST323 and ST39 associated to ongoing within-hospital transmission.
