Complete chloroplast genome of Silene takeshimensis (Caryophyllaceae), an endemic species in Korea

Silene takeshimensis is a perennial herbaceous plant in Caryophyllaceae that is endemic to Ulleungdo Island of South Korea. However, the phylogenetic study of S. takeshimensis is lacking. Here, we investigated the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of S. takeshimensis using next-generation sequencing.
