Targeted long-read sequencing of rTg4510 mouse model

Targeted cDNA Oxford Nanopore Technologies and PacBio Iso-Seq of a mouse model of tau pathology (rTg4510).The panel of genes selected for enrichment included:- genes affected by autosomal dominant mutations associated with neurodegeneration (App, Mapt, Snca, Fus, Tardbp)- dementia risk genes identified from genome-wide association study (GWAS) analyses (Apoe, Abca1, Abca7, Picalm, Sorl1, Bin1, Trem2, Cd33, Clu, Ptk2b)- epigenome-wide association study (EWAS) analyses (Ank1, Rhbdf2)- genes implicated in other neurological phenotypes (Fyn, Trpa1, Vgf)
