3D atlas location of the field of view of a calcium imaging recording in mouse after stroke (v1)

This dataset provides objects describing 3D locations in the Allen Common Coordinate Framework (CCF) for the camera field-of view of calcium imaging studies in the dorsal cortex (right hemisphere) of transgenic mice performed by [Conti et al. (2019)](https://doi.org/10.25493/Z9J0-ZZQ). The TIFF image series of the dataset showing the field of view was used to create a 3D atlas polyhedron representation using the Locare framework. The JSON file shared here follow the locareSphere schema [(https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON)](https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON), making the 3D brain atlas representation of the data available for visualisation and spatial queries.
