MiRNA array analysis of VMRC-LCD cells following ASCL1 knockdown function.

To investigate the function of ASCL1 in ASCL1-positive lung adenocarcinoma, we established VMRC-LCD cell line in which the target gene has been knocked down by siRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells. VMRC-LCD cells were trasfected with siRNAs for ASCL1, and RNA-sequencing was performed ugsing Illumina HiSeq. MiRNA array was performed using Affymetrix GeneChip® miRNA 4.0 Array. VMRC_LCD cells were tranfected with ASCL1 siRNA, and miRNA array was performed ugsing Illumina HiSeq. derivatives (siASCL1_#1 and siASCL1_#2).
