<b>Evaluation of lncRNA MALAT1 Expression and Its Association with Thyroid Function in Hyperthyroidism</b>

This study investigates the expression of the long non-coding RNA <b>MALAT1</b> in patients with hyperthyroidism and its association with thyroid hormones (TSH, T3, and T4). Using qRT-PCR analysis of blood samples from hyperthyroid patients and healthy controls, the study demonstrates significant downregulation of MALAT1 correlated with altered hormone levels. The findings suggest a potential regulatory role for MALAT1 and support its utility as a candidate biomarker in hyperthyroidism.
