Fracture Patterns from the Lilstock Pavement, Bristol Channel, UK

This dataset contains 2D fracture network data automatically traced from UAV-photogrammetry over the Lilstock limestone outcrops in the Bristol Channel, UK. The data consists of five large-scale networks pertaining to spatially discontinuous layers. These are named as Areas 1-5. <br>The fracture data corresponding to the five areas are available in three formats (1) as ESRI shapefiles of polylines (2) as csv files of graph node lists, edge lists, and spatial positioning information of nodes (3) as MATLAB graph objects and spatial positioning matrices<br>The shapefiles may be projected to UTM Zone 30 N or Coordinate Reference System EPSG: 32630. The MATLAB graph objects can be georeferenced by shifting origin of the respective spatial positioning matrices using the 'xmin', 'ymin' variables. The graph data in the form of csv files of nodes, edges, and spatial positioning information can be used to generate graphs in R, Python etc. <br>In addition to the fracture data, shape files of enclosed polygons corresponding to each of the five areas, and dual graphs are also attached.<br><br>

本数据集包含从英国布里斯托尔海峡利斯托克石灰岩露头的无人机摄影测量成果中自动追踪得到的二维裂隙网络数据。该数据集包含五组大型裂隙网络，分别对应空间不连续岩层，依次命名为区域1至区域5。<br>对应上述五个区域的裂隙数据提供了三种格式：(1) 多段线形式的ESRI形状文件（ESRI shapefiles）；(2) 包含图节点列表、边列表以及节点空间位置信息的逗号分隔值（CSV）文件；(3) MATLAB图对象与空间位置矩阵。<br>上述形状文件可投影至通用横轴墨卡托30N带（UTM Zone 30 N）或坐标参考系EPSG: 32630。MATLAB图对象可通过使用'xmin'、'ymin'变量偏移对应空间位置矩阵的原点来完成地理配准。以节点、边及空间位置信息CSV文件形式存储的图数据，可用于在R、Python等编程语言中生成图结构。<br>除裂隙数据外，本数据集还附带了对应五个区域的封闭多边形形状文件，以及对偶图。
