We used transposon insertion sequencing (Tn-Seq) to identify the genes that are required for in vitro growth and intramacrophage growth of the live vaccine strain of F. tularensis (LVS). Illumina sequencing was used to identify the location of transposon insertions by sequencing transposon-genomic DNA junctions. Included are 3 samples from transposon libraries grown on solid media, 1 sample from the transposon library grown in liquid media, and one sample from the transposon library after 24 hours of growth in murine-macrophage-like cells
