We conducted RNA-seq and Ribo-seq for the same samples. IRE1a was knockde down by siRNA. There are two replicates for each group. Overall design: HEK293A cells were transfected with Control and IRE1a siRNA, then were treated FBS to induce protein synthesis. At last Ribo-seq was conducted.
