土壤速效氮是指土壤中易被作物吸收利用的氮素,是表征土壤氮素供应状况的重要指标之一,及时测定和了解土壤中速效氮占比情况及其变化,对指导氮肥的施用是十分必要的。另外按照土壤样品号结合地理信息系统(GIS)技术,将各地点的土壤数据和信息进行深度整合和分析,绘制土壤速效氮占比地图,以直观的可视化形式呈现给用户。土壤速效氮浓度-吸光值函数是用于检测土壤中速效氮占比的方法,它是基于测定不同浓度的速效氮溶液在相同条件下吸收光谱从而测定氮离子的原理制成的。首先,包括4个标准点分别为2g/L、3g/L、5g/L和10 g/L,用原子吸收分光光度计测量出这4个标准点的吸光值,从而可以确定出浓度-吸光值函数(Y=10.21*X+1.0135,其中X为速效氮溶液浓度,Y为吸光值);其次,将土壤样品重量为AKg配制成10L的速效氮溶液,再用原子吸收分光光度计测量出该溶液的吸光值Y1,根据第一步得出的浓度-吸光值函数反推算出速效氮溶液浓度X1;最后,速效氮在土壤中的占比=速效氮的重量/土壤样品重量=10*X1/(A*1000)。
Soil available nitrogen refers to the nitrogen in soil that is readily absorbable and utilizable by crops, and is one of the important indicators characterizing the soil nitrogen supply capacity. Timely determination and understanding of the proportion and changes of available nitrogen in soil is of great necessity for guiding nitrogen fertilizer application. In addition, combined with soil sample numbers and Geographic Information System (GIS) technology, in-depth integration and analysis of soil data and information from various locations can be carried out to map the proportion of soil available nitrogen, presenting it to users in an intuitive visual format. The soil available nitrogen concentration-absorbance function is a method for detecting the proportion of available nitrogen in soil, which is developed based on the principle of determining nitrogen ions by measuring the absorption spectra of available nitrogen solutions of different concentrations under the same conditions. First, four standard points with concentrations of 2 g/L, 3 g/L, 5 g/L and 10 g/L are set up. The absorbance values of these four standard points are measured by an atomic absorption spectrophotometer, so that the concentration-absorbance function can be determined (Y=10.21*X+1.0135, where X is the concentration of the available nitrogen solution, and Y is the absorbance value). Second, prepare a 10 L available nitrogen solution using a soil sample weighing A kg, then measure the absorbance value Y1 of this solution with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and inversely calculate the concentration X1 of the available nitrogen solution based on the concentration-absorbance function obtained in the first step. Finally, the proportion of available nitrogen in soil = weight of available nitrogen / soil sample weight = 10*X1/(A*1000).
