VPRS 12008 Public Hearing Exhibits

This series consists of copies of submissions received by the Commission of Inquiry into the Nillumbik Shire Council which were tabled as exhibits during its public hearings. All of these exhibits were tabled at the request of the parties giving evidence and were made available to all other parties at the hearing.These submissions represent one of the four main sources of evidence received by the Commission, the other three being transcripts of public hearings, copies of documents received from the Council and interviews conducted by the Commission in .The original of each exhibit will be found within the submissions which were received by the Commission (refer to VPRS 12007).
