This experiment aims to explore the effect of exosomal miRNA derived from M1 macrophages on the biological behavior of trophoblast cells. Therefore, we plan to analyze the differentially expressed miRNAs in HTR-8 alone and HTR-8 treated with M1 exosomes by RNA sequencing.
