Genomic and molecular analysis of gastric preneoplastic lesions and early adenocarcinoma

In this work, we recruited 16 patients with multiple samples (3 per participant) in the Gastroenterology Unit of the Department of Internal Medicine of Roosevelt Hospital in Guatemala to identify genomic alterations in preneoplastic lesions of gastric cancer. This work contributes to the identification of markers and will provide new information on early events in preneoplastic lesions and gastric cancer that could be relevant for the diagnosis and treatment options of the disease.
