This dataset contains the bibliographic and study-selection data used in the article “Research Trends in Host Specificity of Monogenean Parasites: A Bibliometric Analysis with a Structured Content Synthesis.” It includes: (1) the Web of Science bibliographic records exported in plain-text format and used for analysis in Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny, and (2) the study eligibility screening file documenting the inclusion and exclusion process for the retrieved records.
