Cancer cells acquire anchorage-independence to escape anoikis. This study aimed to evaluate the gene expression signature of SAS cells cultured at the standar plate and the low-attachment plate. Total RNAs were isolated from attached and detached SAS cells, and gene expression signatures were examined using gene expression microarray. Total RNA was isolated from attached SAS cells and detached SAS cells for gene expression profiling.
