The HiFi data consist of FASTQ files derived from CCS BAM files. Meanwhile, the ONT data were sequenced using R9 chemistry in ultra-long read mode. The FASTQ files for the ONT data were generated from raw sequencing data using Guppy version 5.0.11 for basecalling.
