Maya canonical Venus synodic (584 days) and Haab' (365 days) are linked by the foundational identity 5 Venus = 8 Haab' = 2,920 days, exact in Maya canonical arithmetic and observable by naked-eye astronomy across an eight-year baseline. This paper establishes that the 5:8 ratio is simultaneously a structural feature of three independent mathematical systems. (i) Integer arithmetic: Venus (584 = 2³ × 73) and Haab' (365 = 5 × 73) share exactly the Calendar Round prime 73; their quotients 8 and 5 generate the 5:8 ratio as a pure LCM identity. (ii) Musical harmony: The ratio 8:5 is the exact just-intonation minor sixth — one of the eight consonant intervals of Western music theory and the unique just-intonation interval matching any Maya canonical synodic-to-Haab' ratio. This musical identity is independently corroborated by Johannes Kepler, who in Harmonices Mundi (1619) identified 5:8 as the Earth-Venus interplanetary harmonic ratio at their converging extreme angular velocities. The Maya 5 Venus = 8 Haab' is an Earth-Venus relationship; Kepler's 5:8 is also an Earth-Venus relationship.
