Effect of ITGB6 induction on transcriptome of breast myoepithelial cells

To investigate the effects of ITGB6 induction of breast myoepithelial cells (1089 and primary myoepithelial cells), we induced expression of ITGB6 utilising the TET-On system for 48 hr. Overall design: Cells (1089 or primary myoepithelial cells) were seeded in 2D and treated with doxycyline to induce overexpression of ITGB6 for 48 hr. 1089 cells were also treated with 10 uM of TGFBRi (SB431542) for 48 hr. Experiments were performed with two biological replicates per sample. Each sample has multiple raw fastq files, corresponding to different sequencing lanes (e.g., L001, L002, L003, L004) and different reads (e.g., R1, R2).
