Bradipho Registration Utils

Registration Utils for visualization in the specimen space (https://bradipho.eu/). This is the early version used for data generation during the pilot phase of the project around OHBM 2023. Requires Scilpy (https://github.com/scilus/scilpy), Bradiphopy (https://github.com/minilabus/bradiphopy) and AntsRegistration (https://github.com/ANTsX/ANTs) From a folder with .trk or .tck, and a .nii or .nii.gz (optional) launch using : bash ../bdp_registration_utils/launch_registration.sh $PWD "sub-01"
