DNA Methylome and transcriptome in the conifer pathogen Heterobasidion parviporum

This study is aimed at profiling the transcriptomic and methylome variations associated with asexual development and different lifestyles in the conifer fungal pathogen Heterobasidion parviporum and explore the possible roles of DNA methylation in the aforementioned processes.
