miRNA profiles of UVB irradiated HaCaT cells

MicroRNAs (miRNA) are a class of small endogenous non-coding RNAs comprising 18-22 nucleotides, which directly bind to the 3'UTR region of its target genes through complete or incomplete complementary pairing. To discover miRNAs in response to UVB radiation , we conducted miRNA sequencing to reveal those differentially expressed miRNAs in HaCaT cells at different time points after UVB radiation.
