Purpose: The aim is to identify the downstream target genes of AtDREB1a under cold stress in rice and reveal the potential mechanism of cold tolerance The transcriptomic analysis was performed on the Cre-lox mediated multigene stacked rice lines expressing RD29A:AtDREB1a in Taipei-309 background (Pathak and Srivastava, 2020). The analysis was performed on the cold-stressed as well as room-temperature RD29A:AtDREB1a lines against the Cre-lox founder line, T5 (Srivastava and Ow, 2002) at cold-stress and room-temperature. The Cre-lox founder line (T5) is referred to as wild-type (WT) in this experiment.
