Experimental data for suspended GaAs PIC paper

This dataset contains the experimental data associated with the paper 'Suspended gallium arsenide platform for building large scale photonic integrated circuits: passive devices' , published in Optics Express 2020. Link: https://www.osapublishing.org/oe/abstract.cfm?uri=oe-28-8-12262 The datasets contain the characterisation measurements (mainly optical transmission vs wavelength) of the passive devices (grating couplers, multimode interference couplers and ring resonators) built in this platform.
