Screening Algorithm for Late Diagnosed Cystic Fibrosis

Attached are two data files for the Data Repository: the Development Database and the Validation Database. There were 174 study patients in the study. The two databases were created by randomly assigning 87 patients to a development cohort and 87 patients to a validation cohort. The data for the development cohort was used in estimating the parameters of the logistic regression models on which the screening algorithm is based. The data for the validation cohort was used in comparing the predictive accuracy of the screening algorithm in referring patients for CF testing with that of clinical judgment.
