Bulk RNA-seq on mouse hypothalamus tissue. The study goal is to compare the gene expression in hypothalamus, from 4 different conditions, 1) Sham surgery-tumor injection, 2) Castration-tumor injection, 3) Sham surgery-media injection, 4) Castration-media injection. There are 3 replicates in each group, so 12 samples in total.
