Raw sequencing reads for "Assessing the validity of fecal sampling for characterizing variation in threespine stickleback’s gut microbiota"

Raw Illumina sequencing reads (MiSeq 600) of the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene (515Fx806R). This data was used for the analysis of bacterial community composition of fecal samples and intestinal tissue of threespine stickleback fish (<i>Gasterosteus aculeatus</i>). This is supporting information for our manuscript titled: "Assessing the validity of fecal sampling for characterizing variation in threespine stickleback’s gut microbiota".
